Attended Virginia Tech and graduated with a B.A. in Communications. Started off in the radio industry as a radio disc jockey but soon realized she was very curious about the new homes industry. In 2003, she got her start in the mortgage industry as a loan closer and soon switched to working for a Fredericksburg area new homes builder whom she worked for four years in new home sales. Thereafter, she had a brief stint as a Director of Sales in the hotel industry but quickly realized her passion has always been in new home sales. In April 2010, Tiffanie joined the ERVA staff as a new homes sales consultant at West Broad Village. Likes to be known as down to earth, hard working and readily available for all homebuyers, the most rewarding experience is helping someone build their dream home on paper and seeing it come to life. She couldn't imagine herself enjoying doing anything else!
