I think what most people appreciate about me is I'm an experienced, "specialized" sales agent. I have always worked for builders in new home construction. My focus is on the builder, the construction process and the client. I have been in this industry for over 16 years and have a very good understanding of new home construction. I am dedicated to giving my clients my undivided attention. My goal has been and continues to be a person that is approachable, gives good, concise, updated and accurate information and offers a friendship to my clients and not just another sales person. I am involved with each home sale from the first appointment, throughout the contract, during the construction and finally, the settlement of each home. I have purchased a home in CrossRidge, the development I'm currently selling in. As a homeowner and a sales consultant for Eagle Realty, I am totally "sold" on our homes. I get to work closely with my clients and assist them in making one of the biggest decisions of their lives, building their dream home. I take my job very seriously. I have worked for Eagle for over 10 years and along with my sales partner, have sold over 680 new homes.
